I’ve just come across this wonderful video of Ken Wilber’s, explaining and talking about ‘the Aloneness of the Spiritual Path’, and also it’s another very good reminder of Emptiness and the essence of the Authentic Self.

When I realised also that my emotions often changed with the same kind of frequency, from dull to bright and back again, I realised also that in addition to any exercises I may do to embrace my emotion and get to the bottom of it to find it’s ‘gifts’, I didn’t either need to see the emotions as any kind of permanent negatives in themselves.

  • Germany have just stunned the footballing world by beating favourties Argentina 4-0, and last week beat the English team 4-1, but I think the signs were there earlier, not necessarily in footballing terms, but in general approaches to work, and I remember back to the TV programme, Grand Designs, and the extraordinary approach of the German Huf Haus building teams.
